Saint-Gobain Solar Gard LLC will provide first line support for our customers on software operation or online troubleshooting for plotters sold by Saint-Gobain Solar Gard LLC to our users during the initial warranty period.
Database access included in the Pro-Package is for 12 months (initial term) from date of shipment. To avoid any interruption in database access, you will need to contact your Sales Representative to renew the database access based on rates in effect at the time and qualifications as outlined below prior to the end of month 12 of the initial term. Either the “Preferred” rate or “Standard” rate will be charged based on the below volume criteria. If the annual prepay discount option is still available customers can select this option and arrange the annual pre-payment for the following 12 months of qualifying service. Database access rates are based on applicable published price schedule at time of renewal and based on qualifications as listed below.
By purchasing window or paint protection film from Saint-Gobain Solar Gard LLC (“Solar Gard”), I am eligible for a discounted database access fee as described below. Preferred pricing is available to dealers who purchase Solar Gard® Window Film or Paint Protection products in an aggregate amount of at least $5000 USD within the previous 12 month period (the “Preferred pricing” above).
If you qualify for preferred pricing, that preferred pricing is applicable for the following 12 months. Your purchases of all applicable Solar Gard products will be reviewed annually, and you must meet the purchase requirement in each year, to receive the preferred pricing for the following year. If your Solar Gard purchases fall below the preferred pricing qualification in any applicable year, your ComputerCut® access fee price will automatically increase for the following year, to the standard rates. For purposes of this order form the “preferred pricing” means the Preferred Annual and Preferred Monthly rates listed above, as amended by Solar Gard from time to time.
GCC America: GCC America Inc. is the “manufacturer” of the Jaguar V plotters. The Jaguar V plotter “hardware” unit comes with a 2-Year manufacturer parts warranty (not including labor) starting on the date of shipment. Any machine repair or replacement can only be performed under warranty with prior approval from GCC America Inc.
Graphtec America: The Graphtec FC9000 unit comes with a 3-year manufacturer parts and labor warranty beginning on the date of purchase.
